Andrew Kush

Andrew Kush is our Groups Pastor, overseeing our groups and curriculum throughout the campus.

From Andrew: “I’m a native of South Florida, where I began my relationship with the Lord at a young age. I joined the Marine Corps in 2010 and began working toward a lifelong military career. I met my wife, Elizabeth, through a roommate while stationed in California. Though we only connected years later in North Carolina, we fell madly in love and got married in 2013 after only 9 months of dating.

While on active duty in the Marine Corps, I pursued a degree in Christian Ministry through Liberty University online. I also began volunteering with small groups and young adult ministries at our local church. This journey of faith eventually led me to complete a Theology degree program and answer God’s call on my life to enter full-time ministry in 2019. The most rewarding part of ministry for me is watching people’s lives be transformed as they grow in their knowledge of God’s word!

My wife and I enjoy regular date nights and are big fans of cinema and literature. Elizabeth is a homeschool mom to our four incredible kids: Nina, Gideon, Ava, and Kora. We are deeply grateful to call Calvary home and are overjoyed to see how God is moving in this incredible church family!
