What to Expect

Welcome to Calvary Church!  We are so glad you found us online and we look forward to seeing you this Sunday.  We know that finding a church is a daunting task, and that being the “new person” is never easy.  We want you to feel welcomed, and that you belong, so here are a few things that you can know about us before you even step on campus…

A Warm, Casual Atmosphere

The first thing you'll notice about Calvary Church is that we have a very warm and casual atmosphere.  We want you to feel welcome here so enjoy a free cup of coffee, water, doughnut, and pastries as you meet new people.  Our dress is casual so come as you are, everyone is welcome!

We love to worship!

Our worship time is energetic, modern, and honest.  We strive to create a worship experience that allows each person to connect with God, to express their gratitude, and to prepare their hearts to encounter His Word.

We study the Bible!

When you come to Calvary, you can expect a Bible Study.  We teach the Bible chapter-by-chapter, verse-by-verse every week.  We believe Jesus when He said, “If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”

We love families!

The first time you step on campus, you will experience families in all stages of life: newlyweds, new parents, blended families, single parents, grandparents, young couples, and couples that have been together for a long time.  We have a place for everyone, and everyone has a place here at Calvary.

We love to serve!

Not only do we love families, but we believe that church IS family.  In a family, everyone does their part to make things happen.  We know you have a gift, talent, skill, or desire and we have the opportunity for you to use it.

We love to connect!

From Connection Groups on Sunday mornings and weekly Growth Groups, to church-wide and group-specific events, we have a way for everyone to get connected beyond the worship services.

And He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that He is the One appointed by God to be judge of the living and the dead.
